WEDDING
DAY COORDINATION
This is a service dedicated to those who have chosen to organize their wedding by themselves and would like to live the event in complete serenity, calm and stress free.
What it includes?
- Briefing and site inspection one month prior to the wedding day to check all the details relating to suppliers, timing, dynamics and logistics
- Analysis of any critical issues on the design of the day or of the chosen spaces
- Preparation of a digital briefing with timeline and logistic plan to be shared with all suppliers
- Presence during bride’s preparation
- Presence of an Event manager and specialized team of assistance, from the beginning to the end of the event
- Any other service upon request
